Before you press play, get comfortable, take some deep inhales and long, clearing exhales. Let your eyes soften and your facial muscles and jaw relax.
As you engage in the experience, picture the space around you as well becoming more harmonious. Allow the various stresses to fall off of you, or you can visualize removing a coat that contains all your stress and placing it on the floor. Knowing that if and when you choose to put this coat back on, it will feel much lighter.
